My Story
For years, my life looked exactly the way it was “supposed” to. I had the marriage, the home, the dinner parties, the smiling photos that made people say...
“You two have such a great life.” Yet every night on the train home, I’d whisper a mantra just to make it through the evening, bracing myself for the tension that waited on the other side of the front door.
When betrayal finally surfaced, it didn’t just break my marriage; it shattered the illusion I’d built around myself. I was surrounded by people and yet profoundly alone, more afraid of being judged than of admitting how unhappy I really was.
It got dark enough that I genuinely questioned whether I wanted to go on. That level of isolation, of living someone else’s script, was the catalyst I didn’t know I needed.

How much time will I need to commit?
