This Media Release Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between the undersigned Attendee ("Guest") and IHT Network “Company”).

1. Grant of Rights: Guest hereby grants Company the irrevocable right to record, reproduce, publish, and otherwise use the Guest’s name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, and statements (collectively, "Likeness") in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, throughout the world in perpetuity, for promotional, educational, and commercial purposes related to the Host’s show.

2. Ownership: Guest acknowledges and agrees that all recordings and materials incorporating the Guest’s Likeness shall be the sole property of the Company, and Guest shall not have any claim to any rights therein.

3. No Expectation of Compensation: Guest waives any right to receive payment, royalties, or compensation of any kind for the use of their Likeness as described in this Agreement.

4. Guest hereby releases, waives, and discharges the Company, and its officers, directors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of Guest’s Likeness.
